Dzhambulat Hatuov said that the requirement to borrowers from the Ministry of agriculture is placing on all construction sites of the cameras connected to the Internet through which you can monitor the progress of each investment project. Special attention and priority of regional agricultural administrative bodies, according to first Deputy Minister, should be given to representatives of small farms.
