The staff of the Institute of training and retraining of the state agrarian University of Northern Zauralye held training courses to improve the quality of milk for heads of personal part-time farms of the Tyumen region, told RIA Novosti employee of the press service of the Governor.

"About two hundred people, with its representation from five to 50 head of cattle, listened to the information necessary for further work in modern conditions. He recalled that based on the inclusion in the standard with additional quality parameters, more than 80% of the milk donated public and informed respondents required the transformation of raw materials of first grade, is now considered a milk of lower quality, which can recycle the oil. In order for the manufacturer to raise the price of their milk, it is necessary to work to improve its quality. In addition, all production will now officially take place through the mercury program, which will allow to eliminate counterfeit.

Earlier, the government of the Tyumen region has developed a draft law on the development of dairy production, which aims to support industry in the transition to the new standards of raw milk. The document envisages the allocation of subsidies from the regional budget on partial reimbursement of the processing costs for the purchase of milk from farmers second-class from 1 April to 31 December 2018.
