The first starting complex of greenhouses on the area of 11 hectares in Cheboksary district of the Chuvash Republic is planned to be commissioned in late 2018. Currently, the investors have completed the development of this part of the design-budget documentation. This was announced at a working meeting of the head of Chuvashia Mikhail Ignatyev, Deputy Director of the group of companies "Renova" Vladimir Lukyanov.

The investment project "Greenhouse complex "novocheboksarskaya" sold in Atlasovo rural settlement of Cheboksary area. Prepared project estimates of the greenhouse complex of the first stage received a positive conclusion of the examination. Work on the documentation of the second stage. In parallel, the complex is equipped with the necessary infrastructure: the declared auctions for the construction of external networks of water supply and roads.

Michael Ignatieff said that at the end of this year it is planned to put into operation the first starting complex of greenhouses on the area of 11 hectares. And stressed that the investment project is recognized as a priority and confirmed the readiness to render maximum assistance in addressing emerging issues.

The total investment cost of the project is 6.5 billion roubles. According to the authorities, to date, invested in the amount of 1.9 billion rubles. Greenhouse complex with an area of 22 hectares for year-round cultivation of vegetables of the protected ground will be phased: the first phase in the 4th quarter of 2018, the second stage in the 4th quarter 2019. Previously it was announced that the volume of production by the end of 2019 the project will be 15 thousand tons.

According to the calculations of the investor, for two years the implementation of the investment project will create more than 500 new jobs in 2018 it is planned to recruit about 250 people.
