A bill to expand areas of business in which can be used the patent system of taxation, submitted to the state Duma a group of deputies headed by the leader of the faction "United Russia" in the state Duma Sergei Neverov, the correspondent of IA REGNUM, June 8.

MPs propose to introduce the patent system of taxation for such business activities as livestock and crop production. It will support new entrepreneurs and create conditions for the growth of income of residents of rural areas, say the authors.

Thus, in particular, the deputies propose to grant powers to the regions to combine the types of business activities in the field of livestock and crop production in a single patent, and to establish for them a single potentially possible to obtaining individual entrepreneur annual income.

As noted by the authors, over the past 10 years formed a lot of private farms, business, but not registered as a farm enterprise or as individual entrepreneurs.

"This is a simple and straightforward calculation, exemption from the provision of tax returns, the savings of hired accounting services as well as the choice of patent term from one month to one year is a very important aspect in case of seasonal nature of many agricultural activities," said one of the authors of the MP Viktor kidyaev.
