According to the document, Belarus in the years 2019-2024 will attract a preferential governmental loan to China for a period of 15 years for the second phase of construction high-tech agro-industrial production of full cycle in 2016-2032. The resolution also endorses the draft credit agreement between the Finance Ministry of Belarus and the Export-import Bank of China as the basis for negotiations.

A similar framework agreement for the implementation of the first stage high-tech investment projects in the agroindustrial complex of Belarus and China signed in February. Then the size of the soft kitaiskogo loan amounted to 1.75 billion yuan (273 million dollars).
