The overall situation in the consumer market is characterized as stable.

For the period from may 29 to June 4, 2018. the consumer price index according to Rosstat, amounted to 100,1%, from the beginning of June to 100,1%, from the beginning of the year 101,7% (June 2017.: overall for the month – 100.6%, the year – to-date 102,3%).

On the market of products of processing of grain since the beginning of this year as of 08.06.2018 there is stabilization of grain prices.

As 04.06.2018 wholesale prices in the European part of the country for wheat flour amounted to 15 020 RUB./ton (+0.4% over the week, +11.1% from the beginning of the year), rye flour – 10 660 RUB./ton (0,0%, +9.3 percent yoy).

Average consumer prices for bread according to the operative data of Rosstat (4 June, 2018) were as follows: bread from wheat flour – 46,36 RUB/kg (+0.2% compared to last week, +0.8 percent by the end of December); bread from rye-wheat flour – i.e. 45.98 RUB/kg (+0,1% last week, +0.9% compared to the end of December).

According to operational data CM PB weighted average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 07.06.2018 on raw milk made 21,39 RUB/kg (+0,04 RUB/kg per week, -3,34 RUB/kg by the end of December 2017).

Average consumer prices for dairy products since the beginning of this year increased by 0,2-0,3% depending on the type of product.

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 31.05.2018 of beef half-carcasses amounted to 203,82 thousand RUB/t (+0,2% over the week and -0.5% by the end of December 2017), pork half – carcasses- 153,22 thousand RUB/t (-0,5%, +2.3% by end of December 2017), poultry – 96,10 th. roubles/t (+0,5% over the week, fell 0.7% by the end of December 2017).

The price of most regions is in the range: cattle (slaughter weight) from 165,00 rbl./kg (Zabaykalsky Krai), 250 RUB/kg (Primorsky Krai), pigs (in slaughter weight) – from 139,96 RUB/kg (Perm Krai) to 218,85 RUB/kg (Irkutsk region), poultry (slaughter weight) – 75,00 RUB/kg (Kostroma region) to 116,37 RUB/kg (Moscow region). In the consumer market, the price situation is stable.

In the sugar market the situation is stable. Consumer price as 04.06.2018 was at the level of 40,40 RUB/kg for the week increased by 1.7% (+10,5% since the beginning of 2018).

The price of most regions is in the range of 39.26 RUB/kg (Kirov region) to 51,64 RUB/kg (Republic of Ingushetia).
