"Miratorg" - the leader in the production of beef in the Russian Federation. Infrastructure pilot project of the agricultural holding for rearing dairy cattle launched in 2017 on the basis of the dairy farm "Blagodatnensky" in the Kursk region, is unique for Russia and helped to create an efficient cooperation with small and medium-sized milk producers, providing them with a stable purchase of the calves on mutually beneficial terms.

On the farm for rearing of cattle contains about 19 300 heads. Of these, 409 calves were received in the period from January to may this year, with its own dairy farm of the agricultural holding, the rest is supplied by farmers from 18 regions of the Russian Federation. Agricultural holding buys calves aged from 3 days on competitive conditions and, due to their own specialized vehicles, takes care of all shipping costs of calves from suppliers to our own farm.

The implementation of infrastructure project for rearing of young cattle allowed APH "Miratorg" is not only to start production of a new Russian market demand a high quality product pink veal, but for the quarter to increase the number of jobs in the agricultural "Blagodatnensky". The company employed more than 200 people, mostly residents of nearby production sites of settlements. Employees of the holding have stable jobs, social security, decent wages.

"At the moment we are considering opening in the next few years two more farms in the production of rose veal, which will increase the volume of purchases of young cattle, of products, and create new jobs in the region and provide additional tax revenues to the budgets of all levels",- said the press service of the APH "Miratorg".
