In the Kaliningrad region once again banned the import of a large consignment of live chickens from the German company of Cobb Germany.

As reported the correspondent of IA REGNUM in the regional Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor, 39 thousand day-old Chicks imported into the Russian exclave of violations of veterinary requirements.

First of all, the company that is specified on the label, it was not declared neither in the import permit or veterinary certificate. In addition, the veterinary certificate printing was not signed by the veterinarian.

Earlier, REGNUM reported that in may 2018 the Rosselkhoznadzor halted the import into the Russian exclave of 73 thousand day-old Chicks.

"Cobb" serves the market more than 20 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including Belarus and Ukraine. The Russian market of the German firm emerged relatively recently.
