- Three years ago the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov proposed to study the issue of lifting ban on sale of wine produced in the Crimea, in nursing homes, she said. - Then the leading scientific institutions of the Republic have even developed recommendations for use of inotherapy in our resorts in some diseases. I consider that this idea is very interesting, but requires, of course, serious consideration. This therapy is used in many countries of the world, and it is very important that the Crimea has its own experience. In the beginning of the last century, the treatment of wine used in almost all health resorts of southern coast of Crimea.

It should be noted that the adopted this week by the state Duma in the first reading amendments to the Federal law on state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol products was allowed until 1 January 2020 to sell the airports retail wine products produced on the territory of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol. Also extended the right of wine producers to exercise its sale by the glass in their retail stores.

Amendments complement the Federal law of new concepts and terms related to wine production. In particular, approved the category of sparkling wine (champagne), brandy, Russian brandy, fruit wine drinks and carbonated wine beverages. Additionally, farmers are allowed winemakers to produce wines with protected geographical indication and protected appellation of origin. They will provide simplified procedures for obtaining a license for production, storage and supply of wine products and the utmost extent of its implementation it is planned to increase from the current 5 to 15 thousand decalitres per year.
