Know-how has allowed to increase the transport of finished products in each car by 2-4 tons, to the maximum permissible carrying capacity.

Developed by the enterprise new routing of loading, the relevant rules and regulations carriage by rail General use, agreed with JSC "Russian Railways".

The production of big-bags with increased capacity mastered, LLC "Dorogobuzh polymer", the company full cycle of production of packaging for products of the Group "Akron". New MD-540, manufactured in accordance with the requirements for containers for mineral fertilizers will be used to supply ammonium nitrate and azofoski on the domestic and foreign market.

According to Executive Director of JSC "Dorogobuzh" Eugene Sozinova, the idea of optimizing the loading process is implemented in the framework of the works program to reduce cost. The effect is achieved by saving the used big-bags, with their number increased when the capacity remained the same 128 items per wagon, and by reducing the cost of transporting a ton of products. Compared to using standard "polutoniko" the savings on one car is estimated at 5.4 million rubles. The planned economic effect from implementation of the new scheme will make 42 million roubles a year.
