Miratorg is implementing in the Kaliningrad region project milestones for the breeding of cattle specialized meat breeds Aberdeen Angus: feed production, herd reproduction, rearing and fattening of commercial livestock to the required weight for sending to the sites of grain fed. According to the plans for development of the project the total number of cattle on farms in the region in 2019 will exceed 80 thousand heads. To provide the animals with natural food, every year the company expands the acreage of forage crops: perennial grasses, corn for silage and grain, returning the land to agriculture and increasing the efficiency of land uses.

Grass forage is an important element of the diet for the effective feeding of animals. In September 2018, the company plans to sow rye for green forage and triticale grain in the area of 5 thousand hectares to harvest in 45 thousand tonnes, as high quality seed material, modern machinery and advanced agricultural technologies.

High-quality natural forage is the basis for the development of the entire project, so we are gradually developing new territories, annually bringing into circulation of thousands of hectares of land.
