Agricultural enterprises of the Kirov region will receive 70 million roubles in subsidies from the Federal and regional budgets for reimbursement of expenses on fuel. Financial support was required in connection with the sharp rise in fuel prices, said in an interview with TASS Deputy Chairman of the government of the Kirov region Alexey Kotlyachkov.

"70 million roubles will be provided to our farmers in August for reimbursement of expenses on fuel. The state has allocated 5 billion roubles from the reserve Fund, of which 67 million received Kirov oblast, the funds have been received. Another 3 million we have allocated from the regional budget for co-financing", - said Kotlyakov.

According to him, the amount of subsidy for each recipient will be calculated depending on how many hectares of arable land agricultural processes. The source explained that the rise in fuel prices is a serious additional costs for farmers, especially in the summer, when there are works on preparation of feed and harvest. In addition, this year kirovskie farmers are faced with the sharp fall in procurement prices on raw milk. Some enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, Udmurtia and other regions reduced the price of five rubles.

"Every year enterprises of the Kirov region receive subsidies from the Federal budget per litre of milk produced, but these subsidies are not so high to offset a sharp rise in fuel prices and falling purchasing prices for milk", - said Kotlyakov.

According to the interlocutor of the Agency, the fall can begin the process of reducing the population on agricultural enterprises. "The yields fell at all, while the farmers are working, but some businesses may not be able to withstand the timely payment of salaries, taxes, loans. Therefore, it is possible that some number of goals will be removed," - said Kotlyakov.

Earlier, the Minister of agriculture Dmitry Patrushev said that by June of diesel fuel cost of 27.9% more than the previous year to 52.5 thousand rubles for ton, gasoline rose by 21.9% to 56.5 thousand rubles per ton.
