The system detects the speed and direction of wind in real-time, transmits these data to the onboard computer and with the help of unique algorithms for calculating the distribution pattern controls the distribution system, changing the feed point of the fertilizer on the disk and the speed of their rotation.

First of all, I would like to congratulate You on being awarded the top awards! Tell me, what prompted You to create this model?

The idea of automatic adjustment of the fan distribution of fertilizers in a strong wind appeared for a long time. Since 2011, began active development in this direction. In 2013 with the market launch of spreaders Amazone ZA-TS and ZG-TS c electronic control of the point of material supply to the sorting disk, and later by the monitoring system Argus Twin, this task is much simpler and has got real outlines. In 2015 in the North of Germany, a series of experiments crowned with success.

Were there any problems on the way of creation from idea to the finished working model?

Rather was not the problem, and working moments. To be sure that everything works correctly and smoothly, the system WindContol required to test a sufficient amount of time.
