Public debate is conducted by the Rosselkhoznadzor and its territorial administrations on a regular basis in the framework of the priority program "Reform of control and Supervisory activities".

Opening the event, Deputy head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Svetlana Alekseeva stressed the importance of cooperation between government agencies and the business community in the form of direct dialogue.

After opening remarks by Svetlana Alekseeva hosted a video presentation on the key principles, objectives and programme outcomes the reform of control and Supervisory activities of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

Further presentations were made by the chiefs of managements of Central office Rosselhoznadzora Tatyana Balagula, Andrew, Irina and Olga Zakharova. Their reports were devoted to results of activity of Federal state supervision in the sphere of circulation of medicines for veterinary use, the state phytosanitary control (supervision), state supervision in the field of quality assurance of grain, the state land supervision.

Representatives of the business community were asked questions relating to the enforcement practice in the field of land tenure, phytosanitary, veterinary internal supervision.

Heads of relevant departments of the Central office of the Rosselkhoznadzor provided satisfactory answers in the area of the control (Supervisory) activities.
