It specified that projects were agreed upon by the deputies of the regional Parliament during the 35 session of the legislature. This was done as part of the formation in the region of a comfortable investment climate.

OOO "Selection and hybrid center" planned to build livestock breeding and hybrid center on the territory of Verhnelenskoe rural settlement in Verkhnekhavsky district. The volume of investments of 367.8 million. The center will be erected by 2022. The company will have been breeding purebred and hybrid breeding pigs.

OOO "EKOMIKS" erect a feed mill in Gavrilovskiy rural settlement of Pavlovsky district. The plant with production capacity of 131 thousand tons per year will be engaged in processing of grain in the high-tech feed. The investment will amount to 2.6 billion rubles. The construction of the plant will be completed by 2025.

As noted by the Chairman of the Voronezh regional Duma Vladimir Netesov, project implementation will not entail increase in expenses of the regional budget. At the same time, said Vladimir Netesov, territory, which will operate the above mentioned enterprises will receive additional incentives for development. Positive changes will also affect the employment of the local population – will create additional jobs.

"To ensure the Voronezh region residents to put their social security and to form comfortable conditions of residence required a significant investment – said the Chairman of the Voronezh regional Duma Vladimir Netesov. – The development of industry and agriculture not only ensures the stability of the regional budget in the form of a tax component, but also enables the use of these tools in greater volume for additional improvements in the social sphere".

Today the region is leading in many indicators related to the agro-industrial complex.

In the first eight months of 2018 Voronezh oblast ranked third in the country in pork production and fourth in milk production and beef. Pastoralists of the region produces 4% of all milk in Russia, 5% of beef and 6.3% pork.

Livestock in the region has 307 thousand head of cattle, 122 thousand cows, about 1.3 million pigs. For eight months in the region produced 31 thousand tonnes of beef, improved performance in 2017 3.7 thousand tons. 57 million units increase in production of chicken eggs only after 8 months received 456,4 million eggs. Livestock for eight months produced 439,7 thousand tons of milk, increasing the amount by 11% compared to the same period of 2017.
