The results of laboratory studies of the fgbi "VGNKI" in ultrapasteurization drinking milk with mass fraction of fat 3,2% of the brand "Frau Mu" produced by PC "Aisberg-plus" (Moscow region, Dmitrovsky district) revealed the content of sitosterol. This compound belongs to the group of plant alcohols and is present only in the ground (higher) plants. Detection of the compounds in natural dairy products indicates the substitution of milk fat with vegetable. Thus, the results of laboratory studies conducted fgbu "VGNKI", the Rosselkhoznadzor established the falsification of milk.

Against the manufacturer of milk – OOO PK "Aisberg-plus" regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor opened a case on an administrative offense under part 2 of article 14.43 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation for violation of technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of food products", "On safety of milk and dairy products".

In October 2018 the Administration of the Rosselkhoznadzor for Moscow, Moscow and Tula areas has directed to the address of the manufacturer the instruction about the termination of the Declaration of conformity. Information was also sent to the Federal service for accreditation in the territorial administration of Rospotrebnadzor.
