The government approved amendments to the second reading of the bill to ban return products from trade networks suppliers, said the first Deputy head of the Duma faction "United Russia" Andrei Isayev. "As a result of the discussion, which was attended by the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the state Duma, it was an agreed decision that is not refundable food products, storage time not exceeding 30 days," reported "Interfax" the words of Isayev.

"Today, the relevant amendments approved by the government Commission, we expect that they will be introduced in the state Duma, and as they fully comply with our agreement, we will certainly support it," — said the Deputy.

On 24 July the state Duma adopted in the first reading a bill to ban retailers to return unsold goods to suppliers. After this trade network stated that this may lead to shortage of goods because of the complexity of sales planning. Spring then said that "the intimidation of the shortage of food – not over stuffing of false information by lobbyists for retailers and the gross deception of the Russians."

The first version of the bill includes a ban on the return of all food products, including bread and milk. "To extend such a ban on salt and a cereal or canned food, from our point of view, does not make much sense," said Isaev today.
