The initiative to trial the introduction of labeling was supported by the head of JSC "Kavminkurortresursy" Eugene Levitsky: "quality Control of product from wellhead to the end user will allow the buyer to be sure of the authenticity of purchased mineral water. The issue of labeling of mineral water had previously been discussed at the site of Minpromtorg of Russia with participation of representatives of Minkowksi Russia and the relevant government authorities. Hope the experiment goes well and soon the marking of mineral water will be required for all types of mineral waters".

"Kavminkurortresursy" noted that thus the company hopes to change the current market situation where the number of counterfeit mineral water on the shelves exceeds the number of legal, real.

"In our view, any mutilator that manufactures its products without any cheat, who is honest with the state and the consumer must agree that this is a necessary and important step", – said General Director of OOO "holding company" Akva Suleiman Vagapov.
