Second all-Russian forum "Vologda - dairy capital of Russia" will pass in Vologda from November 30 to December 1. The first forum, which took place in October last year, brought together more than 500 participants in the dairy industry from 15 regions of the country, representatives of near and far abroad. Then, in addition to discussing topical issues of the dairy business, special attention was paid to the introduction of electronic certification. This year the events will focus on the promotion of dairy products, separately will address the issues of their exports.

At the conclusion of the forum the best of the best will be awarded the prize "Golden clover". Every company has the chance to apply for participation in the competition.

The best will be determined by nine categories: milk, butter, dairy product, cheese, curd cheese, dessert, packaging, innovation, prefabricated. The winners will have the opportunity to place on the package a sign of quality - the "Golden clover".

Interesting category will be the "Best packaging". What information should be on it? What is important is whether the term safety of the product? Or the priority is the amount? "Best package" selected by the jury of the contest "Golden clover".

In addition the winners will have the opportunity to become the program's "Dairy skeptics". The news of the victory of the company will be placed in all the media partners. The winners are guaranteed an interview at The DairyNews, the part in the final video clip at the end of the event and potential cooperation with leading chefs.
