- In the modern world is gaining popularity, the trend of healthy nutrition, through which the light cheese category shows steady positive dynamics on the Russian market, - commented Natalia Ivakina, senior brand Manager of OOO "Valio". - Known for its creamy taste and unique formula, Oltermanni 17% for several years prior to 2014 was not just a leader among other light cheeses in the Russian Federation, occupying up to 70 % of the segment, but the driver for its growth. This year the company returns to the market as a strong player, who is remembered and loved by his consumers.

According to Valio, Oltermanni to date indicates a high level of fame: Saint-Petersburg brand is familiar, 53% of respondents in Moscow - 47 %.

The unique recipe, created by Finnish experts of the scientific centre of Valio R&D, enables to keep a light Oltermanni rich, creamy flavor without the use of flavour enhancers, colorants, flavorings and vegetable fats. The product is rich in milk protein and useful nutrients: per 100 grams of new items - 100 % of the recommended daily allowance of calcium, 30% zinc and 40% protein. As the classic Oltermanni, new easy cheese suitable for people who adhere to a vegetarian type of diet, as it is made using a rennet of non-animal origin.

Oltermanni 17% is produced in Russia at the facilities of the partner company's factory, located in the Pskov region, under the supervision of specialists Valio. The raw material for the production comes only from dairy farms that passed the audit and confirmed the compliance of the raw materials produced uniform international requirements of the Finnish concern, applicable to raw milk.

Two years ago, in 2016, the company first established production in Russia classic cream cheese Oltermanni. Line in 2017, enriched cream cheese Oltermanni, lightweight alternative which is Oltermanni 17 % - Valio introduced this summer.
