In the construction of a new complex for reception, storage, cleaning and drying of various agricultural crops was invested 1.5 billion rubles. Of these, 0.9 billion rubles were provided under concessional lending from the Tatarstan branch of JSC "Rosselkhozbank".

The area is 5.7 hectares. Special attention deserves the design of the piled Foundation, located on a 2.2 meters above ground level, which eliminates the ingress of rodents and other pests living in the soil. Also of note is the high level of automation "Zainsk Elevator."

The complex includes laboratory, which performed the sampling for grain quality indicators, truck weighing, item receiving and cleaning grain, its drying and study, and storage area and repair workshops, 2 grain dryers with combustion units that heat the air without direct contact with the hearth fire in the drying chamber, which eliminates the possibility of ignition of the product.
