President of NSA pointed out that currently in the field in terms of state of the insured not more than 18 thousand hectares or 1.1% of the coverage of crops, which is extremely low for a region that occupies the 2nd place in the Central Federal district on the area of harvesting grain crops – 988 thousand hectares.
