The issues of insurance Commission RSPP considered at the meeting on 10 December. On it the President of NSA Roots of biggov presented proposals of Union, which consists in giving the strategic status of risk management in agriculture and agricultural insurance as its component parts. To do this, the NSA offered to provide in the state Program of agriculture development subprogramme "risk Management of agriculture".

"Still in the government Program the topic of risk was reflected only in the context of assistance to farmers in emergencies, explains the Roots of biggov. – Today priorities of the state in the agricultural sector began the task of development of export potential of agricultural enterprises that require advanced tools to ensure the sustainability of their business. First and foremost, this tool is insurance."

State support of agricultural insurance must also be protected, says Commission RSPP in this regard, supported the proposal of the NRA to grant the subsidies for crop insurance protected status in 2019 and allocation from the "single grant".

Risk management agriculture, as a strategic objective, may require extension of the list available to farmers, on condition of state support of the types of insurance coverage. In this regard, the insurance Commission of the RSPP supported the proposal made by the NSA about the necessity of amending the Law on state support of agricultural insurance amendments describing the procedures for the approval of additional programs of agricultural insurance, said the Roots of biggov.

On the basis of decisions of the Commission on insurance activities will be prepared the draft of the RSPP in the Russian Government.
