The head of the Council of the rural district of Mtwara in Tanzania Omar Chipanga said that in his district payments for cashew are in accordance with established plans. Many producers have already received their money, according to the East African television, EAtv.

In an interview with EAtv Kipanga noted that complaints against the government for denial of payment for the harvest that occur in the network unfounded. He said that producers of cashew nuts continue to pay their money in accordance with the established regulations.

Chipanga added that the management district has not received a single complaint, all of them are apply online only.

In response to the recent appeal on the network that parents can not send their children to school because of lack of funds, Kipanga visited remote areas of the region and confirmed the existence of the problem.

Payments to producers will continue as planned, said Chipanga.
