The state inspectors on plant quarantine in West Kazakhstan, Aktobe regions and Turkestan Kazakhstan stopped 50 attempts of illegal import of plant products, was reported in the press service of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic.

 

From 1 to 11 January 2019 were revealed facts of illegal import of 2,500 packs of vegetable seeds, 20 tons of lemons and mandarins from Russia, and 82 tons of dates and 20 tons of nuts from Uzbekistan. Products did not have phytosanitary certificates.

Recall that from 15 to 28 December 2018 the state inspectors on quarantine of plants in Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan, Alma-ATA and Turkestan areas stopped 99 of attempted illegal importation of plant products of high phytosanitary risk.
