The season of sugar beet processing is completed at "Zainsk sugar". By results of work the company processed 1 081 thousand tonnes of sugar beet. Developed to 159.5 thousand tons of sugar of high quality. This is more than in previous years, even given the large number of raw materials. In the season 2018/2019. the output of sugar has increased to 15.15%, while past performance was recorded at the level of 13,49%. The increase in sugar output is due primarily to higher digesta sugar beet (in 2017 – of 17.08%, in 2018 - 17,86%) and increasing average processing harvest (season 2017 – 6.7 thousand tons/day., season 2018 – 7.5 tonnes/day). The specialists of "Zainsky sugar" also has monitored physico-chemical parameters of beet and systematized laying on the storage and handling processing depending on the composition. In addition, specialists agrosila embedded field caratirimani, which helped to keep the quality of the beets at a high level. At the end of the season 2018/2019 recycled 100% of sugar beets grown by the agricultural companies of the holding company and delivered to the plant.

The holding company "AGROSILA" since 2014, invested in the modernization of the Plant "Zainsk Sugar" 2 billion. In particular, to increase value-added products was invested 200 million rubles in the construction of a second warehouse of the granulated pulp with the volume of simultaneous storage of 27 thousand tons. In addition, was commissioned in the radial sump with a cost of 200 million rubles, which today allows you to clean beet transport water and cooling pond 15 thousand cubic meters of water circulating in the enterprise. In the course of modernization was extended clamp box for storage of sugar beet area of 17 hectares, which can accommodate more than 450 thousand tons of sugar beet at the same time. The unique ventilation system allows to keep the sugar content of the beets. In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the account of movement of finished products, the Plant "Zainsk Sugar" industry first introduced the system of bar-coding of each bag of sugar produced.
