- A couple of months ago we started to change the approach to the problem of ASF. We proposed to consider this problem in terms of actually functioning "areas of profit and benefit" enjoyed by certain circles and groups of people. We came to the conclusion that only the elimination of these zones will lead to the elimination of ASF, stated Gizinski.

The expert believes that once was installed the first area with constraints on ASF, then the price of pork in this territory was divided into average and price for products from "quarantine zone". We are talking about approximately 5 and 2 PLN per 1 kg, respectively. The problem at the legislative level has not been resolved to the end, and we noticed a tendency for businesses to use the situation to earn a lot of money on the difference.

In this context, ambiguous sound predictions of processors and recycling companies with foreign capital that Poland will fight the virus for several decades. The country could become "a perfect market" in the tens of billions zlotys. In this regard, foreign businesses, including German, suggested to invest in developing in Poland the recycling business.

The official said, however, that the state will deal with the prospect of becoming only a source of profits for European meat processors. To strengthen the equilibrium will be created at enterprises, organized by the capital of the National center of agricultural support, that is state capital. This is done to eliminate the advantage of foreign capital, which seeks only their own benefit and not looking at the global and national interests and Polish laws. It is also aimed at reducing the competitive advantages of purchase of the enterprises to the farmers.
