To participate in the contest invited students of 2-4 courses of a bachelor degree and 2 to 5 specialties from 60 different universitieslocated throughout Russia – from Moscow to the Far East. Students should study for the professions associated with the development and designing of agricultural machines. The main criteria for evaluating applicants are high results in studying and research along with active participation in the life of the University.

The award was established by the Association "Rosspetsmash" in 2017. Its winners have already become 18 students from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Krasnodar territory, Irkutsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Kurgan, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Kemerovo, Tambov, Belgorod and Samara regions, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The contest is held from February 5 to November 3, 2019, entries are accepted from 2 to 20 September 2019.

Summing up the awards show will be held November 3 – the day of the birth of Alexander Alexandrovich Izhevskogo. Up to 30 winners will get valuable prizes and monetary awards, but also job offers from leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery.

According to the Director of the Association "Rosspetsmash" Alla Elizarova, list of educational institutions whose students may become candidates for the award, is not final. If the submitting students meet all the requirements of the provisions of the competition, but their universities are not in the list, the list can be expanded.
