The participants talked about the integration of domestic production in the target program of training, internship and professional internships. The authorities expressed the need for enterprises to potential of Russian universities for the development of high-tech industries.

Alla Elizarova noted that the engineering company interested in the establishment of specialized departments on the basis of their enterprises. The students after graduation will be experts in specific fields of engineering: turn from theorists to practitioners with experience on the most modern equipment.

Existing legislation while preventing the realization of these projects, but the Ministry of education issued a initiative, which involves the reduction of administrative barriers for the creation of departments on the basis of organizations and enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The proposed changes will make the first steps in this direction.

According to Svetlana Danilina, organization of modern high-tech production depends on many factors, but the key is still the system of development of personnel and use of technology that can help in improving the performance and expanding the knowledge base and competence of professionals. Need to update existing teaching materials and adopt new educational programs associated with the integration of technologies, augmented and virtual reality in high-tech equipment.
