Lean manufacturing at the company began to introduce in 2013. To do this, "Zainsk sugar" signed a contract with a Japanese company ToyotaEngineeringCorporation — scientific unit of auto giant Toyota, whose experts today conducted staff training, consultation, and directly in manufacturing indicate losses, introducing tools and ways to exclude them. Employees of the plant, in turn, are actively involved in the development and implementation of improvements - Kaizen proposals to eliminate such production "loss", as the unused potential of employees. Kaizen proposals are agreed, considered by the Commission, and then implemented in practice. According to the mechanisms of lean production, each unit of the enterprise organized team meetings, which are held before the beginning of the working day.
