Deputy General Director for technical development – chief engineer of JSC "FGC" Andrey Shevtsov noted that the fastening is designed in the framework developed by JSC "FGC" and OAO "Russian Railways" jointly with JSC "NPK "UVZ" universal platform with a low floor level, a patent for an industrial design which has already been received by the Company.

"This is an innovative design solution aimed at further implementation and development of regular contrailer transportations not only in Russia but also in international traffic. The mount is an auxiliary technological equipment of freight terminals and placed on the rolling stock, providing mechanized loading and unloading of road semitrailers. Its application will improve technical and economic indicators, increased productivity and reduced costs for loading and unloading semi-trailers", – said Andrey Shevtsov.

Recall that in late 2018 JSC "FGC" has launched a regular route piggyback transport Novosibirsk – Moscow – Novosibirsk on existing proprietary platforms model 13-9961. The first customer of JSC "FGC" has become the retail network "Magnit", to provide from its own stock car loaded with goods. In the 2019 Federal freight company plans to acquire 320 piggyback platforms.
