In the first days of restarting the Rosagroleasing asked farmers from 40 regions of Russia, including of the 26 regions, which in 2018, the OPT program was available. Among them: Rostov, Ryazan, Tula region, Kabardino-Balkar Republic.

In 2019, the Rosagroleasing abolished regional quotas – are allowed to participate all the regions of the country. Recall that a year ago in the program can participate in only 21 subject of the Russian Federation.

Under the updated program OPT 2.0 country farmers can purchase equipment on the unique conditions: the complete absence of advance payment for self-propelled machinery, the interest rate is 3 %, deferred first payment – 6 months, collateral is not required.
