We are talking about amending Protocol, signed on November 1, 2017 between the Ministry of agriculture and the Chief of the state administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of China on phytosanitary requirements to wheat exported from Russia to China.
As reported in the press service of the Ministry of agriculture, the changes provide for inclusion of the Kurgan region in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation who are entitled to shipment of wheat to China.
"The current decree of the RF government aimed to allow wheat exports to China from six Russian regions - Amur, Omsk, Novosibirsk and Chelyabinsk regions and the Altai and Krasnoyarsk territories". - reminded in a press-service.
