The relevance of the event due performance of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from may 7, 2018 No. 204 "On the national goals and strategic objectives development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024" in rural areas.

 

In the framework of public hearings it is planned to develop:

 

— proposals of civil society institutions in the preparation of the state program of rural development for the period 2020-2025;

 

— offer to rural areas for the targets of national projects developed in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On the national goals and strategic objectives development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024";

 

— proposals to the state Duma on perfection of the legislative base for the development of civil society institutions, small business in rural territories, including the Association of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives of Russia.
