Crab quotas are distributed between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (IP) to share the results of the auction in the amount of up to 50% of the total allowable catch of crabs.

To benefit from the investment quota can only be a legal entity or entrepreneur, registered in the coastal region of the Russian Federation, which allocated an investment quota of crab.

According to the results of the auctions the quota shares are assigned to users for 15 years. The winner of the auctions is obliged to implement an investment project in a period not exceeding five years from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The permit on vylov a crab may be suspended by the Agency if there are grounds for early termination of the contract on the provision of shares of quotas of catch of crabs for investment purposes, until the entry into force of the relevant court decisions.

In the framework of the quota of the crab, the Agency intends to form an approximately 36 lots, the average lot price will be around 300-400 million rubles per one lot, said the head of the Agency Ilya Shestakov.
