Miratorg 16% to 71.5 thousand hectares will increase the acreage of grain and leguminous crops in the Kursk region in 2019
APH "Miratorg", the flagship of the agro-industrial sector of Russia, reports that in the current year on the territory of Kursk region in connection with the increase of livestock at livestock sites space allotted to agricultural holding under cereals and legumes, will amount to 71.5 thousand hectares, which is 16% more than in 2018.

The increase of animals and birds require more feed and, as a consequence, the acreage while maintaining consistently high yields, which are achieved through a careful attitude to land, using the latest technology and cutting-edge technology in agronomy.

On the territory of Kursk region, the main cultivated crops of the agricultural holding are winter and spring cereals, soy, corn, canola, perennial grasses. The expansion of cultivated areas is carried out, including, due to the return into agricultural lands.

"The strategic goal of the holding is 100% self-sufficiency in raw materials for animal feed, which share in the cost of the meat reaches 75%.
