In addition, the parties intend to discuss the issue of veterinary and phytosanitary supervision and further development of electronic document management systems and the implementation of Union state programmes in the field of agriculture.

Among the important topics Bogdanov also noted the mutual supply of agricultural products, providing more free access of goods to the market. "We will analyze a run in the first quarter of the forecast balances of supply and demand for milk and meat. For the first quarter of this year, we did not deliver a 162 thousand tons of milk and dairy products, — said Bogdanov. — Regarding the implementation of the balance sheets for meat, for January–March we delivered 69 thousand tons of meat products, but if the trend continues, the figures for the year also can not be done".

According to him, the failure of balance is heavily influenced by restrictions imposed by Rosselkhoznadzor on the supply of Belarusian foodstuffs. "Of course, the issue of mutual access of goods will be on the agenda and will be voiced by the Belarusian side, I don't think that the format of the Board will be able to remove some limitations, as there will not be the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, he said. — Removal of restrictions while moving in accordance with the roadmap, I think these issues will be discussed in a narrower format at the level of two of the veterinary services".

Bogdanov said that they will also discuss the issues of "transit of goods, traceability of the floating quarantine plant products" and the draft concept of the program "Formation of a competitive base of genetic resources in the livestock breeding entities of the Union state". The program involves the development of hybrid-breeding centers in the CIS, with some of the objects will be located in Belarus, part of Russia.
