In Russia for the first quarter of 2019 from turnover 5220 seized batches of meat products of more than 44 tons, reported in Rospotrebnadzor.

In the study, more than 28 thousand samples of meat products for microbiological indicators unsatisfactory results obtained in the sample of 1021, which amounted to 3.6%. Also revealed violations of sanitary-chemical indicators (1.9 per cent).

For violations on manufacturers imposed penalties for the sum more than 23 million rubles. The CPS keeps on monitoring the situation to ensure the quality and safety of dairy products.
