Miratorg is implementing in the Kaliningrad region the main stages of the project of beef cattle: feed production, herd reproduction, rearing and rearing of calves for further fattening grain. The herd of beef cattle on 11 farms of holding in the region is higher than 68 thousand animals. The main element in the production chain is the parent flock of about 35 thousand heads. It produces marketable livestock for fattening, slaughter and processing, as well as heifers, which are to increase the herd and replacing cows, the disposal of natural causes.

On the farms of the company continuing mass calving, reproduction of livestock is in compliance with the highest standards of veterinary control and Biosafety. Professionals working with meat cattle regularly tour the pastures and, if necessary, assist the cows and calves. At the end of the spring-summer tour of the hotels the company plans to more than 30 thousand calves for further expansion of the project of beef cattle.

"Kaliningrad meat company" annually increases the number of cattle: this contributes to the opening of new farms, the animals replenishment of existing sites, are good indicators of insemination and pregnancy. In 2019, taking account of offspring we expect growth in the total population of animals of Aberdeen-Angus and 80 thousand heads.
