For four days the House of Bread, located in the Park-Museum "ETHNOMIR" will be welcoming a communication platform for professionals in the grain business, representatives of the food industry, the business community, associations of bakers and confectioners of Russia and foreign countries, government agencies, science, the subjects of trade and catering, future bakers and pastry chefs - graduates of specialized educational institutions.

Already confirmed their participation delegates from Brazil, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Spain, Ireland, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, USA, Taiwan, France, Montenegro, Sweden, Switzerland.

 In the program of the Forum:

- Congress of the International Union of bakers and confectioners (UIBC), which brings together around 40 national federations of bakers;

- Open Cup of Russia on baking - professional competition, continuing a multi-year work Rospik, aimed at the development of the young generation interest to the profession of the Baker and keeping the best bread-making traditions;

- Exhibition "Baker and confectioner" raw materials, ingredients, equipment and tools, packaging, industrial hygiene, materials and workwear for manufacturers of bakery and confectionery products;

- Master-classes in bakery and pastry business from the world-level professionals;

- The business program includes plenary sessions, thematic sections and the all-Russian conference devoted to questions of vocational training.
