At the St. Petersburg international economic forum signed an agreement on cooperation between Russian agricultural Bank, the country's largest Bank for farmers, and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), a region that occupies more than 18% of the territory of Russia. Within the document, the parties established long-term partnership, which should contribute to the development of the Yakut industry, agriculture, transport, housing and utilities infrastructure. The agreement is based on mutual interest of the parties in the sustainable increase of welfare of citizens of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the dynamic development of the economy of the region.

Yakut branch of the agricultural Bank operates in the Republic since 2003. Currently there are 17 offices in the regions of the Republic and Yakutsk. During operation, the volume of Rosselkhozbank investments in the region's economy amounted to 80 billion rubles, of which 37 billion rubles in agriculture. With the participation of the Bank was implemented 165 projects on construction and modernization of objects.

Signed the forum agreement was recorded by the interaction of the parties in the development and support of small and medium entrepreneurship, financing the agricultural Bank of economy and social sphere of the region. The country is actively working on the program of support of small and average business, representatives of which can only be obtained in agricultural credit at a reduced rate for implementation of investment projects in agriculture and other sectors: manufacturing industry, construction, domestic tourism, transport and communications, and healthcare.

JSC "Rosselhozbank" is the basis of national credit and financial service system of agroindustrial complex of Russia. The Bank was founded in 2000 and today is a key lender to the agriculture of the country, is among the largest and most stable banks in the country in terms of assets and capital, as well as the leaders of a reliability rating of the largest Russian banks.
