State support of agriculture of Yaroslavl region grew by 28% in 2019
In 2019 of the Federal budget on development of agriculture of Yaroslavl region allocated 856,6 million rubles, which is 28% more than last year. Funds will be used to support crop production, irrigation, dairy farming and other areas. This was stated by first Deputy Minister of agriculture Dzhambulat Hatuov at the interregional agricultural forum "day of the Yaroslavl field-2019".

As noted by the first Deputy Minister of agriculture in the region is developing dynamically. For increased results in the coming years, the Yaroslavl region will work on improving soil fertility, strain renovation, modernization of technical Park of agriculture, support of livestock breeding and flax.

Special attention must be paid to improving living conditions in rural areas – this topic was discussed at the round table "Integrated development of rural areas – the growth driver of agriculture", which was chaired by Jambulat hatuova the forum.

2020 will start the state program of complex development of rural territories, which was developed by the Ministry of agriculture and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Its implementation is aimed primarily at improving the welfare and employment of the rural population, the preservation of its share in the total number of residents, creating comfortable living conditions for the villagers. Activities planned in the state program, including that will attract and retain youth in the villages.

"We expect that will largely solved the housing problem, which is one of the key for young people. Thanks to a discounted mortgage will be able to purchase a property at a rate of 3% per annum. In addition, we plan to offset the costs of employers in getting young professionals of higher education in the amount of up to 30%," – said Dzhambulat Hatuov.

Programme's measures will apply to all rural settlements irrespective of their professional activities. However, the program is proactive, and the proposals for priority projects for small communities formed in the field. "Village themselves will determine which facilities – sports, cultural, health or infrastructure they need," – said the first Deputy Minister.

During the "Day of the Yaroslavl field" Dzhambulat Hatuov also visited the exhibition and met with representatives of the Russian Union of rural youth and participants of the winter rural sports games.
