Power of acceptance will be 15 000 t/day. In total it is planned to produce 162,1 thousand tons of sugar, 37.9 thousand tons of molasses-molasses and 50.1 thousand tons of granulated beet pulp. The beginning of the season is scheduled for August, in the meantime, the company actively carried out preparation: cleaning and Troubleshooting of equipment, purchase of spare parts, repair and commissioning work - just repair campaign, it is planned to invest more than 122 million rubles. According to Deputy General Director of CJSC "agrosila" on issues of activity of JSC "Zainsk sugar" Anton Troshin, in the new season it is planned to cooperate with experts to increase productivity. In particular, we will study the system analysis of technological processes of sugar production, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing and building under the existing quantities of equipment, due to the made of reconstructions and modernizations, as well as the quality of the processed raw materials.

"Such cooperation will allow to solve the problem of reducing the fuel consumption without the introduction of heat and power activities, reducing unaccounted for losses, improving the efficiency of sugar beet production and improve the quality of the finished product by increasing the total purification from the cell juice beet juice to cleaned. In the new season we plan to continue industrial use aeration and cooling of clamps to perform a monitoring of physico-chemical parameters of sugar beet, codify laying on the storage and flow of processing depending on the composition, which will allow to reduce losses of raw materials during storage," adds Anton Troshin.

Planned revenues at the end of the season, which runs from August to December, will be more than 2.9 billion rubles. The daily rate of processing at season 2019-2020 is expected to reach 7 449 tons per day. For increased results the company will primarily observe the operating mode. Record on the daily sugar beet processing season in 2018 amounted to 213,9 8 MT/day. (2017 - 7 992,0 tons/day), a record daily output of sugar – 1 343,25 t/d (2017-1 255,3 tons/day). Experts Sugar factory will continue to use the methods and tools of lean manufacturing and repair, in particular: standardized processes, Kaizen activities and 5S tool). In addition, will continue the project implementation of bar coding on each bag of sugar that allows you to lead operational accounting at JSC "Zainsk sugar" - in real-time to obtain information on volumes of production and movement of finished products and inventories of finished goods per warehouse.
