The don planted area increased slightly in 2019

According to territorial body of state statistics, in the autumn of last year winter crops were planted on 210 hectares, or 7.9% more than in the same period of 2017.
"The death of winter crops caused by April frosts in the air and on the soil surface exceeded last year's level by 9.7 thousand hectares," - said in the message.
As previously reported by RBC Rostov, grant farmers the don authorities have allocated 180.6 million RUB.
