In Krasnodar ended the work of the Scientific-practical conference with international participation "Achievements and ways to improve the current population of dairy cattle of the Ayrshire breed of the Russian Federation", organized by the Breeding center (Association) for Ayrshire breed – VNIIGRZH, together with the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

One of the conference events was a competition of cows of the Ayrshire breed, which was attended by SEC "Bialystok" received four diplomas in different nominations. Currently, the SEC "Bialystok" – one of 13 Russian farms with milk yield in cows of the Ayrshire breed over 8 thousand kg of milk.

In the nomination "the Best cow on the yield of milk (lactation 1)" the company was awarded a Diploma of the third degree for milk yield cows in the volume 10595 kg butterfat – 4.27%, and protein – 3,39%.

The second award the company received in the nomination "the Best cow on the yield of milk (3 and older lactation)" milk yield for cows in the amount 11537 kg butterfat – 4.28% and protein to 3.45% with a total yield of milk fat and protein 834,4 kg.

Also a second degree Diploma in the nomination "the Best herd for the yield of milk (lactation 1)" the company noted for the yield of milk 240 cows in the volume of 7728 kg of milk fat content of 4.35% and a protein content of 3.35% with a total yield of milk fat and protein 595,1 kg.

Diploma of the participant of "the Best for the yield of milk herd (average herd)" Tomsk participants were awarded for yield of 746 cows in the volume 8071 kg of milk fat content of 4.32% and a protein content of 3.34% with a total yield of milk fat and protein 618,2 kg.

Conference at the Ayrshire breed is held every two years with a visit to the best flaming farms in different regions of the country, where representatives of the scientific community, breeding farms and experts in the field of dairy farming to discuss the strategy for the development of the Ayrshire breed.
