Provides for the establishment of marine terminals for grain processing, food goods, as well as General and bulk cargo.

The total volume of operations planned at the level of 24.3 million tons per year. The project is part of measures to increase export and import potential of the ports of Russia in the framework of the agreement about socially-economic cooperation signed in June this year, the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko and the President of Group of companies "Novotrans" Konstantin Goncharov.
