For seven months of the current year, milk production increased by 3.1%

The largest increase in milk production provided the Voronezh, Belgorod, Kaluga, Kirov region.
Average yield per cow of dairy herd during this period increased by 5.4% and amounted to 4068 kg (agricultural and non-small business entities). The highest rates of growth of milk production achieved in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, in the Primorsky Krai, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Novgorod, Tula, Ulyanovsk and Moscow regions.
