On the principle of "single window" the landowner will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge for direct entry into an insurance contract and applying for subsidy. NSA fully supports this campaign and is now considering a possible cooperation".

In the regional seminar on subjects: "Insurance of risks in agricultural production. Measures of state support of export" took part more than 15 leading agricultural producers of the Yaroslavl region. At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of agriculture and the consumer market Sergey Kamishina, who stressed the importance of insurance in connection with the decision of the Ministry of agriculture to gradually strengthen in the composition of subsidies to farmers stimulating component, which will be paid only to the insured farmers.

The delegation of NSA held a round table "agricultural Insurance as a tool to ensure the financial sustainability of farmers", on which the Executive Director of the NSA Muharbi Barnekow, head of Department on interaction with bodies of state power and the development of regional programs of NSA Yuri Esikov, head of insurance expertise and space monitoring Vladimir Shuster presented to the farmers the reports on the current capabilities and changes of the agricultural insurance system, and answered numerous questions of the farmers. In "a round table" also took an active part representatives of insurance companies-members of the NSA "VSC" and "Consent". On the use of hydrometeorological information in the insurance of weather risks in the agricultural sector said the representative of the Yaroslavl TsGMS Natalia Inisheva.
