The project was successfully implemented on the basis of four agricultural enterprises entering into holding "Fertility", and ensured the efficiency of interaction between production sites.

As a result of implementation of the project was normalized reference data, the same structure of expenditure and cash flow, organized data entry tasks, accounting for direct and indirect costs in terms of crops, fields and crops. The routings for the crops gave the opportunity to plan and coordinate the costs of labour, fuel and to form a plan vs. actual analysis works in the fields, was also added integration with the Treasury system, which allowed to reduce the time for order entry and sending payments to the Bank.

The project was the system of "Agrosila". The new features provide full traceability of all activities for each of the agricultural enterprises of the holding effectiveness of the technology in the fields. The management and employees of the holding "Fertility" had an opportunity to analyze information in real time from any device, and integration with IKAR allowed an analysis of prices of grain and to predict revenues.

The results of the project have been automated by 50 jobs.

Alexey Kuchin, head of automation and system integration of the agricultural holding "Fertility", supervising the project implementation 1C.ERP said: "as a result of implementation solved a large circle of the primary tasks for business automation. But the work continues and there we have yet to implement a number of solutions to our roadmap, aimed primarily at efficient document management, planning and control of production."
