They affect the genetic material that is harmful to the liver, kidneys, reproductive system. 3-MCPD and its derivatives (esters) is the strongest poison for the genitourinary system: it leads to pathologies of the kidney, causing kidney failure and cancer of the genitourinary system. In addition, this substance can cause anemia, it is toxic to the nervous system and fetus in pregnant women. Even more dangerous glycidyl esters – they affect genetic material cells. That is their main danger is that genetic changes can be transmitted to descendants. We appealed to the State Duma with a request to go to legislative initiative shall specify the manufacturers in the product types used vegetable fats, consumer to know what the fat was used in production".
